Truphone had a vast number for lead gen forms on their contact page and scatered around their website. Every form creates a lead in Salesforce and would go to different team to be picked up. There was no centralised workflow thus was confusing for users which form would be the relevant one for them to fill in. Unfortunatelly company stakeholders didn't want to give up the back end processes therfor we had to keep most of the forms but provide the users with a more streamlined experience.
Created flows, wireframes and visual designs. I tried to take the users on a single journey relevant to their needs.
