Keep in Control Portal
Challenge
Truphone's large enterprise clients, needed to be able to monitor mobile/data usage and spend online. When I joined the project the portal was just released after two years in development. I was tasked to review the usability and make recommendations. Little did I know that I will have to redesign the whole Information Architecture.
AIM
Create user friendly dashboards and filters to give the account admin users visibility and predictability of their employees mobile usage.
My Role
Developed user personas; New Information Architecture; Opportunity Statements; Success Stories and detailed wireframes after extensive meetings with company stakeholders
