We knew a small redesign would not be enough. Together with the Product and Research team I run a vision sprint to shape the next 18 months of the profile experience.

At the start of the sprint, we defined clear objectives and goals. These helped us define business opportunities, our ideas and assumptions.

As the sole designer, I led the creative direction through prototypes and competitor insights, crafting a vision that united user needs and business goals.
